Our training packages can help create the right culture for innovation within an organisation, enabling high-performing teams and creating long term advocates of change.

A Modular Approach

Every organisation and team is unique. That is why we have created training modules where you can build a half-day, one-day or two-day package suited to the needs of your team and/or organisation.

Each module engages participants through interactive games, discussion and role playing exercises which increase resilience and build trust between colleagues.

We can recommend a standard package or set of modules for key workplace needs - e.g innovation, team-building and conflict management. We can also work with you to create a bespoke course of any length that meets the specific needs of your organisation.

Our training, honed over 30 years of working with individuals and groups in conflict, can look at issues such as:

  • Conflict around workplace tasks
  • Conflict in workplace relationships
  • Team conflict
  • Conflict and leadership
  • Utilising conflict positively to innovate
  • Communication in conflict

“The training we received from Leap was highly interactive and engaging. It raised our level of awareness in relation to how we might respond to and deal with conflict situations. It also proved to be a good team building event. ”

“I was really impressed by what the Leap trainers achieved in just a day. The team were challenged to reflect on how they approach conflict as individuals and together as a team, they explored issues which had festered for some time and emerged with the permission to challenge one another in the future using the communication skills they had developed in the session. ”
