Invitation to bid for the Leadership and Enterprise Programme

We are seeking to appoint an external evaluator to work alongside the Leadership and Enterprise team to support the systematic and objective assessment of the programme over the three-year period. The evaluation is to inform the development of the programme so that it delivers positive changes for young people and their communities. The closing date to submit proposals is 4 November (noon)
