Social enterprise

Leap Confronting Conflict operates as a social enterprise.

Many groups and individuals are currently setting up social enterprises. It helps them make money to fund social change.

The Big Issue and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen are two good examples of Social Enterprises.

Young unemployed people and homeless people learn new skills, turn their lives around, earn a living, and generate the money to help others do the same by selling magazines or food.

At Leap Confronting Conflict, all of our training and consultancy work with organisations, teams and services is set up as a Social Enterprise.

You get the same innovative product, the same high quality trainers.

We get money that we can use for direct work with young people. Money we can commit to training and supporting more young people to become young mediators, trainers or peer leaders that is not dependent on grants.

We help you do what you want to do. You help us do what we want; carry on transforming young lives.
