Description

You will already have proven yourself as a project manager in voluntary or statutory organisations, and have experience of working with young people. You will be able to maintain teams, manage supervision, produce work plans aligned to targets and outcomes, and oversee rigorous evaluation processes, hold budgets and write management reports. Your teams will be based in London and Yorkshire which will include some travel between the two offices.
You will be expected to expand and maintain partnerships across the two regions, to ensure delivery of the programme, support relationships with the Leap Academy and awarding bodies and disseminate the work through regular reports to different audiences.
