Cheif Executive

Since she joined Leap in March 2004, Jenny has grown the organisation from an annual turnover of £500,000 to £2 million. She is responsible for holding the different threads of the organisation together; driving and leading growth and keeping outcomes for young people, quality and values at the top of the organisation’s agenda. She strongly believes that Leap’s frameworks and methodology are transformative and should be shared as widely as possible.

Tim Moore

Finance and Business Services Director

Tim is a Chartered Accountant, who joined Leap in 2009. He was a partner in Binder Hamlyn until becoming a charity finance director and is responsible for Leap’s finances and systems

Leap Academy of Youth and Conflict Director

Jo has been part of the Leap team since 1992, and was head of training for many years. She is currently responsible for overseeing the development of the Leap Academy of Youth and Conflict, writing a degree in youth and conflict; and ensuring our curriculum, training and qualifications and action research are up to date and relevant to the challenges of those working with young people today. She is also one of Leap’s senior consultants, and has been instrumental in designing many of Leap’s programmes, training courses and publications.

Youth Programmes Director

Peta is the senior manager responsible for the smooth running of all the funded youth programmes at Leap, including PeerLink, Quarrel Shop, and Pathfinder Youth Project. She has been at Leap since September 2005, and previously was the Development Manager for School-Home Support.

Wendy Gledhill no photo

Wendy Gledhill

Leap’s Northern Development Manager

Wendy has been with Leap since August 2008. She has set up the Leap North base in Yorkshire and manages the profiling and development of Leap’s work in Scotland, Yorkshire and North East and North West of England.
