Leap in Education – a school-wide approach.
Leap has a long history of over 12 years of working in secondary schools and PRUs, training teachers, students, support staff, Police Officers and embedding conflict management and prevention across the whole school.
Leap’s schools work links with current and cross cutting policies, including ECM, SEAL, Safer Schools and Preventing Violent Extremism, Community Cohesion and supports Ofsted requirements.
We can run Introductory courses for students in Conflict Management, and more intensive courses in Peer Mediation, Peer Mentoring, Anti Bullying and we can run Continuing Professional Development for staff in Youth and Conflict.
