Young Trainers
Leap’s Young Trainers programme is 9-month part-time professional training course for young people who want to further their development in conflict facilitation and become Young Trainers for Leap.
The Young Trainers programme recruits young people aged 18-21 from Leap’s youth programmes who have furthered their experience through volunteering at Leap. The course consists of 120 hours training specifically focused around Leap’s training material and facilitation skills and 36 hours placement in delivering and observing training. The structure of the programme enables the young participants to learn intensely with their peers.
