PeerLink
PeerLink is Leap’s national network bringing young people together to share ideas, experiences and training to reduce conflict.
Over 1600 young conflict resolvers from all across the UK are involved in Leap’s PeerLink network. PeerLink holds national and local events, conferences, awards ceremonies and residentials to bring members together for workshops and training. PeerLink activities are mainly youth led and there are opportunities for members to get involved in voluntary projects themselves.
Benefits for young people joining PeerLink:
- All members get a membership pack full of free PeerLink goodies
- PeerLink provides ways of sharing news and ideas through PeerLink newsletters, e-bulletins and the PeerLink website
- A chance to meet other young people involved in conflict resolution at PeerLink events and conferences
- An annual Awards ceremony to celebrate young people’s contribution to conflict resolution in their schools and communities
- Opportunities to volunteer and get more training
PeerLink also supports adults who work with young people in schools or communities or who are interested in mediation or conflict resolution training for young people.
