Working with Excluded, NEET and At Risk

Leap understands the challenges of working with and engaging young people who are excluded, at risk, or NEET. Why? Because for years we have worked directly with those young people ourselves. More than 60% of young people in a typical Leap programme go on to successfully enter training, education or the workforce.

Our courses are participatory and interactive, including role-play, group work and facilitated large and small group discussions. Participants share their own experiences and learn from the experiences of others. Designed for non-traditional learners, the training helps many to gain their first certificates or even accreditation. Courses include

  • Gangs in Schools and Young People at Risk
  • Behaviour Improvement for Excluded Young People
