Professional Development Programmes
Our training methods are highly participatory and interactive, including role-play, group work and facilitated large and small group discussions. Participants will be asked to share their own experiences and to learn from the experiences of others.

- Working with Gangs 2-day course to give skills, confidence and materials to teams working with young people and dealing with gang issues.
- Conflict Practitioner Training 3-day course for trainers, group workers and facilitators who want to develop their skills in working with young people
- Youth Conflict and Engagement 2-day course
- Young People Restoring Communities 3 day course for young people
- Working with Identity and Prejudice 2 day course for frontline practitioners
- Group Offending and Intervention Training 1 day course to help frontline practitioners engage effectively with young people who are involved or at risk of involvement
