Working with Gangs
This is a two-day course for practitioners working with young people involved in gangs.
It will help you and your staff look at the challenges of working with young people and gangs, and give you the tools and techniques to work more effectively. The course is based on our ground-breaking action research with young gang members and adult workers. Read more about our Gangs and Territorialism Project.
Aims
- Gain deeper knowledge of the issues experienced by young people affected by gangs.
- Learn interactive techniques to engage young people regarding gang issues.
- Gain ideas of how to apply the learning to my work.
