Working with Anger and Aggression
This is a two-day course for practitioners working directly with young people.
It gives you an opportunity to review your work with young people, and explore new approaches to dealing with anger and aggression.
Aims
- Gain deeper understanding of root causes of anger & aggression.
- Learn models to identify persistent patterns of thinking.
- Recognise behavioural patterns linked to anger and aggression.
- Identify new techniques to work with these behavioural patterns.
