Leap’s signature 6 day course takes you on a journey to understanding your relationship with conflict.

Using enactive learning techniques and drama exercises, you will gain insights and practical experience of the patterns that play out in interpersonal conflicts and the roles that you take on. This training forms the core of the way Leap works with young people and all Leap trainers participate in this course as part of their induction.
