Leap Confronting Conflict has over 22 years experience of designing and delivering transformational programmes for young people, and training youth professionals. Our training materials and resources are developed through rigorous trialing and testing in the field before they are disseminated through our adult training courses.

Leap trainers are Youth and Conflict experts. They have backgrounds in the fields of youthwork, working with youth at risk, conflict resolution, mediation, drama and enactive techniques.
