Capacity Building
Leap’s training programmes support your staff team to explore challenging issues pertinent to the lives of their young clients, and provide tools, techniques and strategies to engage their clients more effectively.
Leap works with organisations including multi-agency partnerships, local authorities, mainstream and alternative education, training and employment providers as well as police forces, young offender institutes and criminal justice organisations around the UK.
Working in groups will enable your staff to share good practice, and practice techniques to overcome challenges together. The participatory and experiential learning style will ensure that they are up-skilled, together, and are equipped with a resource to use when facilitating group and one to one work with young people.
Our trainers are highly mobile and can deliver these bespoke programme anywhere in the UK, with the facilities to also host training in our purpose built training room in London.
Your training programme will be supported with training materials and we have a range of publications to embed the learning and support you developing a sustainable programme that meets your training needs. Call now to discuss your own, tailor-made programme on 020 7561 3700 or email our team.
