Leap release new strategic plan

New plan will see Leap increase ability to provide young people with the support they need to challenge conflict in their communities.

Our aims are driven by our vision, mission and purpose, the challenges that young people face in the UK and the environment in which Leap works.

We have built this strategy to make a significant step forward for Leap Confronting Conflict. It will increase our ability to provide young people with the support they need to challenge conflict in their communities. It will also provide a robust basis, by the end of 2013, from which Leap can significantly grow the breadth and depth of its impact.
Each of our strategic objectives supports the others; they are mutually reinforcing.

Key strategic aims:
1. Consolidate and then expand Leap’s reach
2. Enhance and increase Leap’s reputation and its ability to share best practice
3. Strengthen Leap’s capabilities to deliver the highest possible quality of work
4. Secure diversified, resilient income from high-quality investors, customers and funders so that Leap can achieve its objectives
