For every adult we train at least ten young people’s lives can be changed. In the schools in which we work, the pupils benefit because they become calmer, teachers are able to teach them, and they begin to learn.

The adults trained by Leap – from teachers to social workers, and youth workers to prison officers, apply what they learn in their work with young peope from day-to-day, magnifying the impact of our work. Leap training develops their professional skills and gives them the confidence to work more effectively with young people in conflict.
