For every adult we train at least ten young people’s lives can be changed. In the schools in which we work, the pupils benefit because they become calmer, teachers are able to teach them, and they begin to learn.

Organisations and Multi–Agencies trained by Leap continue this work in their areas thereby spreading the impact much further. Professionals working with young people value our training as it helps to develop their professional skills and gives them the confidence to work more effectively with young people in conflict.
