Leap’s training courses are for any adult working with
young people in a professional way. We run a series of standard
courses as well as individually tailored courses to meet specific
needs.

Currently 2 courses available: Working with Challenging
Behaviour (1 day course) and Playing with Fire (10 day
course).
- Tools, Techniques and Models
Currently 3 courses available: Working With Anger and
Aggression, Young Women and Self-Esteem, and Working With
Gangs
- Knowledge Sharing
Currently 4 courses available: An Introduction to the
Principles and Practice of Mediation, Setting up a Peer
Mediation Scheme, Working With Diversity and Conflict and
Training for Trainers.
